Meet the staff
All our staff are carefully selected from over 100 applicants per year we select approx 10 for our selection weekend and only 6 of these are finally selected to become members of our team. Initial training involves CRB checks , centre procedures, coupled with activity specific training including first aid, life saving, emergency procedures and activity specific training.
