Powerboat Sessions
Come and experience the thrill of handling a powerboat at the side of our experienced instructors. We will introduce you to the basic skills involved in driving a powerboat then let you take the helm. On your trip we will take a journey around a section of the Islands coastline and will be able to witness much of the Islands wildlife including seals and sea birds.
Sessions last approximately 2 hours
£150 (Maximum of 3 persons)
RYA Level 2 Powerboat Certificate Course
This two day course covers all the necessary skills to safely drive and navigate a powerboat and allows you to gain a certificate. Technical slow and high speed control skills will be covered as well as navigation and environmental awareness. The coursed aims to equip the person with the skills necessary to safely control a powerboat and navigate along the coastline.
No experience required., Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd April, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th April 2011.
£195 per person or £220 per person residential (self catering)
Youth RYA Level1/ 2 Powerboat Certificate (ages 10 plus)
This course is the same certificate and syllabus as the adult course however is exclusively for children. The course also offers the RYA Level 1 certificate for those who do not reach the Level 2 standard. Two days.
No experience required.

RYA Safety Boat Course
This course is designed for those using power boats in a safety boat situation including dinghy sail training, rescue fleets on dinghy races, kayak, canoe windsurf rescues. Course lasts Two days.
